Are you passionate about shaping the lives of young learners? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join a vibrant nursery team in Tower Hamlets on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and stimulating learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Support the personal, social, and emotional development of children.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children to thrive.
- Work closely with parents and carers, providing regular feedback on their child's progress.
- Collaborate with the nursery team to ensure high-quality early years provision.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in early years education, with a strong understanding of child development.
- Passion for creating fun, educational, and supportive environments for young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
