Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Hackney
Pay: 85 - 100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time

The Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support a Reception class by delivering high-quality care and guidance.
- Plan and lead activities that promote children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure the individual needs of each child are met.
- Monitor and record children's progress, celebrating achievements and identifying next steps.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Child Care Qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its practical application.
- A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's growth and development.
