NANNY FOR LOW PROFILE FAMILY in SOUTH KENSINGTON

This is a wonderful Nanny opportunity to work with a dynamic family within a fully staffed home in Cheslea, we are looking for an experienced Nanny to support the well-being of their two children G9 and G10. Whilst the home set-up is more formal we are looking for a really warm fun-spirited nanny who will inspire through setting good examples.

We are really keen to consider nannies who have worked with this pre-teen age group - ideally you will have a creative engaging personality with excellent communication skills - during the term time, the days will involve arriving at 12.30pm to ensure that everything is set up, driving to school pick up, and then supervising afterschool activities and dinner until 8.30pm. During the school holidays the days will be full days, and will also involve travel with the familly. We are therefore looking for someone who is themselves well-travelled who will be comfortable in a diverse range of cultural settings. A European language - particularly French would be a plus. Must have a full-UK driving license and live 40 minutes commute from South Kensington

Main elements of the role will include:-

Manage school pick-ups and after-school routines (liaising with driver where necessary)

Plan creative and educational activities to inspire curiosity and exploration.

Encourage physical activity, outdoor play, and sports.

Support childrenā€™s musical interests and development.

Maintain a clean, organised environment and promote good habits.

Travel with the family during school holidays, providing stimulating age-appropriate childcare and activities.

Liaise with parents to ensure aligned goals and schedules.

Coordinate playdates, birthday parties, and parent group communications.

Update principal regularly on children's well-being and task progress.

Coordinate with family EA to manage the childrenā€™s calendar for school events,

exams, and activities.

Organise weekly schedules, including appointments and extracurriculars.

Handle school supplies, uniforms, and other essentials (liaising with Housekeeping staff where necessary)

Assist with household administration related to the children.
