Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Nursery Assistant to join them and provide support.

Salary: £24,000 experience dependant

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the team

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and early years education

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the care and development of children aged five months to four years in a warm and nurturing environment. We are divided in 3 departments: Baby room, toddlers room, preschool room

The role will include:

  • Assisting in planning and delivering engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity, and social skills
  • Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment
  • Supporting children's personal development, including hygiene, meal times, and routines
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and social interactions
  • Working closely with experienced early years educators to implement best practices
  • Ensuring the nursery environment remains clean, organised, and well-maintained
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, safeguarding, and care in line with regulations
  • We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, and the successful candidate will work 40 hours per week within these hours. Salary will depend on experience and will be discussed in person.
