Nursery Assistant - Role Overview:- Assist in the nursery classroom, creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN needs.
- Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement learning strategies.
- Help with daily routines, activities, and personal care when needed.
- Experience as a Nursery Assistant in a school or early years setting.
- Understanding of SEN strategies and early childhood development.
- A compassionate, energetic, and hands-on approach.
- A valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one through Reeson Education.
