We are seeking dedicated individuals who hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare to work full-time, supporting young children in their early years. Role Highlights for a Nursery Assistant:
- Salary: £13.50 - £15 per hour.
- Location: Day nurseries across Waltham Forest, including Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford.
- Working Hours: Full-time, 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
- Qualifications: Must have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
Your Role as a Nursery Assistant:
- Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene, promoting independence.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and the nursery team.
We're Looking For in a Nursery Assistant:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (required).
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A caring and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
