Nursery Assistant - Role Overview:- Work as a Nursery Assistant in a supportive Early Years team.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN needs.
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities to aid development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children.
- Experience as a Nursery Assistant, ideally in a primary or nursery school setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN support strategies and experience working with additional needs.
- A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude towards early childhood education.
- A valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one through Reeson Education.
