About the Role
As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing a caring and stimulating environment that supports the early development of young children. This is a perfect opportunity to make a real impact during these formative years.
- Work within the Under 3s provision to deliver play-based learning activities that support children's social, emotional, and academic development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where children can grow and thrive.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Promote early learning in communication, literacy, numeracy, and motor skills through engaging, hands-on activities.
- Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to provide a holistic approach to learning and care.
- Support children in achieving key developmental milestones, encouraging confidence and independence.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Early Years Education/Childcare.
- Has proven experience working within an EYFS or nursery setting (MUST HAVE).
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development milestones.
- Is passionate, patient, and committed to nurturing the growth of young children.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Is proactive, creative, and adaptable in their approach to supporting learning.
