I am looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Practitioner to join a vibrant team and help us create an inclusive and supportive learning environment in Hackney.
What the school are Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or Education.
- Proven experience working with children with SEN, tailoring strategies to meet individual needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with parents, caregivers, and external professionals.
- A deep understanding of SEN strategies, including behaviour management, sensory integration, and developmental interventions.
- A positive, compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to inspire every child to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the learning and development of children with diverse needs, ensuring every child feels valued and included.
- Implement and adapt individual learning plans to address specific developmental goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues and SENCO to assess progress and refine strategies.
- Foster a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
- Keep accurate records of children's progress and communicate regularly with families.
