Key Duties:

• Demonstrate a sincere enthusiasm for the Early Years domain
• Provide exemplary learning opportunities and exceptional care
• Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children are safeguarded and promoted
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Organize and sanitize instruments
• Foster effective communication with colleagues and parents/carers to cater to individual children's needs
• Serve as a keyworker for a designated group of children, ensuring their daily needs are met
• Offer parents professional feedback on their child's progress and daily experiences
