An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join anursery committed to providing a nurturing environment for children. This is a full-time role offering excellent benefits and a salary of £28,000 for 41 hours work week.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will plan and deliver engaging learning opportunities, ensuring the individual needs of the children are met in a safe, stimulating environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Create a safe and engaging environment for children, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Assess children's progress and development, ensuring the needs of each child are met.
  • Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of children in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Incorporate British Values in learning activities and play.
  • Support children's emotional and behavioural development, encouraging positive self-regulation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and professionals to maintain an inclusive approach.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Educator, Nursery Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Ideally have experience working in the Early Years sector.
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage would be preferred.
