Early Years Practitioner/ Creche Support

Need to have Level 2 or 3 NQV Cache Childcare

Supporting 0-5 some with SEN Needs

Location: North London

Hours: 8.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

Salary: 80 - 100 per day, depending on experience

Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant Duties:

  • Maintain the classroom and equipment in a safe and tidy condition.
  • Contribute to record-keeping by recording observations of pupils during the school day.
  • Communicate their knowledge and understanding of students to other school staff
  • 1:1 support for children with SEN
  • Demonstrate positive attitudes, values and behaviours consistent with the role and in line with the expectations
  • Promote, support and facilitate inclusion by encouraging participation of all pupils in learning and extracurricular activities.
  • Provide teaching and learning support including the use of appropriate technical resources
  • Supporting and teaching students with SEN and additional needs
  • Work with other SEN Teaching Assistants in groups with student
