Working with a range of staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the running of your assigned room. This will involve planning and implementing educational activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and supervising other staff members in the room.

Responsibilities:
- Foster a love of learning and creativity through play-based experiences
- Lead and supervise children within the nursery
- Full understanding of nursery setting pathways
- Ensure the safety, health, and hygiene of the children
- Patient and understanding
- Minimum of a Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent (e.g., CACHE, NNEB)
- Previous experienced leading a team at a nursery
- Knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Build rapport in a friendly manner
