A position has arisen for a Centre Support Manager based in London. Headquartered in Reading alongside Porsche Cars GB Ltd, Porsche Retail Group (PRG) are owned wholly by Porsche Germany. As Centre Support Manager, you will manage customer relations and the reception team to maintain exceptional service standards across all communication channels. You will oversee customer data management and marketing events, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Centre management team, aiding business decisions to enhance Centre performance.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and being responsible for ensuring compliance with Porsche Cars GB Strategy Guidelines (PSG), within the Centre including: Facilities management, mystery shopper guidelines, employee training records, onboarding of new employees and processing leavers, marketing activities and social medial. Overall, assisting the management team in ensuring the Centre is compliant with Porsche’s brand standards
- Planning and organising local Centre marketing activities, both on and offsite in accordance with PSG, including arranging suitable events, procurement of event suppliers and supervision of on-site event teams
- Monitoring customer feedback responses on a daily basis, monitoring and responding as required in conjunction with the Complaints procedure
- Assisting with and maintaining the Centre marketing plan
- Managing the day to day operation of the reception team including staff motivation and development, conducting the team reviews and appraisals, holidays and rota’s etc
- Managing the reception team effectively to ensure that they provide the highest levels of customer service which would be measured by external and internal feedback
- Managing and coordinating all Centre’s social activities within budget
Minimum Attributes:
- Proven experience within a management role in a franchised automotive dealership or hospitality environment
- Ability to motivate a team, ensuring that all operational goals and customer service standards are met
- Experience of event management
- Capable of addressing operational or customer-related challenges with quick, effective solutions.
- Ensuring the quality of operations and services is maintained at a high standard.
- Familiarity with dealership management software, CRM systems, and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Full Driving License

- This role is a full-time opportunity located in greater London: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm
- A basic salary up to £37,500 depending on experience
- Bonus of up to 15% of basic salary, paid quarterly during the year
