Are you an experienced and enthusiastic childcare professional ready to step into a dynamic leadership role? We are looking for a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join our nurturing and well-established nursery, which has been proudly serving families for over 12 years.

Age group focus: up to 18 months and 28 months

Supporting the daily running of the nursery and stepping in as Acting Manager when required

Leading and motivating a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding care and education

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safeguarding procedures

Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider community

Overseeing planning and assessment in line with the EYFS framework

Working closely with the Senior Manager who handles invoicing and administrative tasks

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education

Proven experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery setting

Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices

Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

A passion for providing high-quality childcare and fostering child development
Operational Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM
