Nursery Managerr - Level 3+ in Childcare - 4 days per week
Quint Education are currently working with a Private Nursery located in the borough of Haringey that is searching for a competent and experienced Nursery Manager to join their team immediately
Start: AsapHours: Full time, 4 days a week.Duration: Perm
We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager who will be able to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Nursery and help us to continue to offer an excellent service to our parents and children
The role of the Nursery Manager involves:
Supporting the General Manager/Owner in the running of the family run settingRecruitment of staff and new children into the settingTo lead and develop the team members within the roomsLead practice within the Baby, Toddler & Pre-School Room in line with the EYFS guidelinesSupport and mentor all practitionersModel the skills and behaviours that safeguard and support childrenTo ensure high staff morale within the team is maintainedTo build positive partnerships with parentsTo maintain a high standard of care and service throughout the nursery through a self-evaluation of the setting
Requirements needed
Have a minimum level 3 qualification within Childcare
Have a minimum of 2 years experience of working within a Nursery setting
Have worked in a Senior role before, either as a Deputy or as a 3rd in charge or Room Leader looking to make the step up
Be passionate about childcare and have empathy when working with children.
Have excellent knowledge of the EYFS
