We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 74-place nursery, providing high-quality care and education for children aged three months to five years. This role includes managing curriculum planning, staff development, safeguarding, and compliance while building strong relationships with families and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team to deliver outstanding early years education in line with EYFS guidelines.
- Ensure the nursery meets Ofsted regulations and maintains high-quality standards.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling and financial management.
- Develop positive relationships with parents, children, and the local community.
- Maintain high standards in safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance.
- Mentor and train staff to encourage professional development.
- Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment tailored to children’s needs.

The Person
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above preferred).
- Has proven experience in nursery management or a senior leadership role.
- Has a strong understanding of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Is committed to providing high-quality early years education.
- Has experience in staff management, budgeting, and operational oversight.
