You will work with a diverse caseload, providing specialized assessment and treatment for patients with a range of hand conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with hand and conditions.Provide therapeutic interventions, including splinting, exercise programs, and post-surgical rehabilitation.Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, self-management, and postoperative care.Maintain accurate records and comply with clinical governance and best practice standards.Qualifications & Skills Required:Degree in Occupational Therapy or PhysiotherapyRegistration with HCPCAt least 18 months experience in hand therapy.Proficiency in hand therapy techniques, including splinting and wound care.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate.Excellent referral bonusIf you are passionate about hand therapy and providing high-quality care to patients, we would love to hear from you!!
