Location: North & West London
Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Build Recruitment are looking for an experienced Damp and Mould Operative to work on social housing properties across London.
Role Details:
- Temp to perm opportunity
- Company van and fuel card provided
- Mobile role covering damp, mould, and condensation treatment
- Working in occupied and void properties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in damp & mould repairs
- Multi-trade skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)
- Excellent customer service skills
