Candidates should have at least Level 2 Taking Control of Goods Qualification and possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
The role involves visiting properties to enforce Warrants and Liability Orders, assessing financial situations, and managing payments.
Flexible working hours are provided, with shifts between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, and at least one late night per week.

About the RoleAs a Certified Enforcement Agent, you will:

Visit properties within your local area to enforce Warrants and Liability Orders
Assess financial situations and agree on affordable repayment plans
Overseeing payments received for cases allocated to you: handling cash payments, managing receipts and other required documentation.
Identify and support vulnerable individuals by signposting relevant services
Maintain professionalism and comply with all legal requirements
Striving for continuous improvement and reporting to management about ways we can improve our offering or our operational efficiencies.
