Role Responsibilities:

To ensure the effective enforcement of parking regulations within the borough’s Special Parking Areas and Controlled Parking Zones. To be an ambassador for Haringey Council, promoting good relations with all members of the public and to ensure that the Council is represented in a professional and positive manner.

Your role may also include working with:

  • Local council departments

Minimum Requirements for the Role:

12 months’ experience of working face to face with the public.

12 months’ experience of working as a Civil Enforcement Officer.

Communicating clearly and tactfully when dealing with the public.

Dealing with customers who may be upset, angry or aggressive.

Full UK Driving Licence.
