The Haringey Council is seeking a Civil Enforcement Officer with a salary range of £15-£18 Umbrella.
The position is a full-time temporary contract lasting between 3 to 6 months, requiring 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday.
Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months of experience working face-to-face with the public and specifically as a Civil Enforcement Officer.
Responsibilities include enforcing parking regulations and promoting positive relations with the public on behalf of the Council.
Applicants must possess a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.

Role Responsibilities:

To ensure the effective enforcement of parking regulations within the borough’s Special Parking Areas and Controlled Parking Zones. To be an ambassador for Haringey Council, promoting good relations with all members of the public and to ensure that the Council is represented in a professional and positive manner.

Minimum Requirements for the Role:

12 months’ experience of working face to face with the public.

12 months’ experience of working as a Civil Enforcement Officer.

Communicating clearly and tactfully when dealing with the public.

Dealing with customers who may be upset, angry or aggressive.

Full UK Driving Licence.
