  • Demonstrable experience running projects and project teams for sizeable building projects
  • Proven experience in designing and analysing a diverse range of building structures 
  • Experience successfully managing a team of Structural engineers.
  • Have a track record of promoting success within one of your own teams
  • Strong proficiency in structural design software 
  • Adaptable, with the ability to manage various projects across multiple sectors 
  • Experience with structural analysis packages and knowledgeable in FEA analysis 
  • Familiarity with designing in various materials, including steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber 
  • Capable of conducting structural surveys and delivering thorough written reports 
  • Solid understanding of design principles according to British standards and Eurocodes
