We are working with an ambitious structural and civil engineering consultancy based in South London, to appoint an experienced Associate Structural Engineer to join their growing team. As an Associate Structural Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in a close-knit team dedicated to excellence in design and client service. We’re looking for a highly experienced and driven professional with at least eight years of experience in structural engineering. You should have a proven track record in the residential and commercial sectors, with a flair for innovative design and problem-solving. Ideally, you will be chartered with the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE), demonstrating your commitment to the highest professional standards.

What You Need To Succeed

•    At least eight years of structural engineering experience, with a strong portfolio in residential and commercial projects.•    Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion, including client and stakeholder management.•    Strong technical design skills, with proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.•    A collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring and managing junior engineers.•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present ideas clearly and effectively.•    A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in structural design.•    Chartered with IStructE (or demonstrable commitment to achieving chartership).•    MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
