Are you a BMS Engineer with experience covering Trend, Cylon, Honeywell or Tridium building management systems?

Join a 9 year old leading management, maintenance, design & installer of energy management and building optimisation systems, where you can help grow new service offerings and directly contribute to the company's growth.

They specialise in solutions that focus on energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and occupant comfort. They provide advanced cloud-based systems and energy-saving technologies across various sectors. As a leader in energy management, they are expanding with two new units and looking to grow their team to meet increasing demand.

In this role, you will commission Building Management Systems across sites primarily in London and the Home Counties. You will also perform quality checks on HVAC electrical installations and handle occasional maintenance tasks. As part of a close-knit team of Engineers you'll conduct maintenance assessments, provide technical support to end-users.

This role would suit a BMS or Service Engineer with a background Trend, Cylon, Honeywell or Tridium building management systems looking for progression, training and the opportunity to work both autonomously and as part of team.

The Role:

  • Visiting Client Sites - covering London & Home counties
  • Commissioning HVAC Building Maintenance Systems
  • Service & maintenance plus Design and Installation work

The Person:

  • BMS background
  • Knowledge of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
  • Competent report writing and strong time management skills are essential
  • Full UK Driving License
