Key Responsibilities:

·Lead and manage building physics and energy projects from inception to completion.

·Provide expert advice on energy modelling, thermal analysis, and net zero carbon strategies.

·Conduct building performance simulations using IES software and analyze results.

·Undertake SAP assessments and collaborate with various stakeholders to create sustainable designs.

What They're Looking For:

·Proven experience in building physics consultancy with a focus on energy modelling and simulation.

·Expertise in GLA energy assessments and IES software, including Part L compliance and thermal comfort analysis.

·Strong understanding of UK building regulations (Part L, Part O, NABERS, BREEAM).

·Experience in SAP assessments, with desirable qualifications in Building Physics, Environmental Engineering, or Sustainability.
