Key Responsibilities:

路Lead and manage building physics and energy projects from inception to completion.

路Provide expert advice on energy modelling, thermal analysis, and net zero carbon strategies.

路Conduct building performance simulations using IES software and analyze results.

路Undertake SAP assessments and collaborate with various stakeholders to create sustainable designs.

What They're Looking For:

路Proven experience in building physics consultancy with a focus on energy modelling and simulation.

路Expertise in GLA energy assessments and IES software, including Part L compliance and thermal comfort analysis.

路Strong understanding of UK building regulations (Part L, Part O, NABERS, BREEAM).

路Experience in SAP assessments, with desirable qualifications in Building Physics, Environmental Engineering, or Sustainability.
