Our client is seeking a Commissioning Engineer who will be at the heart of their operations, ensuring the seamless commissioning of cutting-edge smoke and environmental ventilation systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing site installations before commissioning.
  • Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring their work adheres to approved methods.
  • Collaborating with clients, representatives, and contracting teams to resolve any issues.
  • Recording and reporting all site measurements and system performance data.
  • Coordinating commissioning activities with clients and subcontractors.
  • Preparing final commissioning reports.
  • Coordinating snagging and rectification works.
  • Providing progress reports to the Project Manager.
  • Assessing, documenting, and managing project risks.
  • Attending project meetings and post-handover site visits.
  • Completing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Skills & Experience:

  • A highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technical excellence.
  • Experience in commissioning building systems.
  • Understanding of electrical PLC-based control systems and control panels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a practical and systematic approach.

Occasional travel to different sites is essential, so a full driving license and access to a car is essential!
