Due to continued growth and success we are now recruiting for a Head/Director of Learning.

Director of Prospero Learning:


Prospero Learning is an online learning platform for online courses which provides CPD for the education sector. Our courses include Introduction to Safeguarding in Education, Intermediate Safeguarding in Education, Positive Behaviour Management, Trauma Informed approaches plus many more.

The aims of the platform are:

To provide Prospero Teaching with compulsory training before starting work on behalf of Prospero Teaching.

To sell online courses for individuals, schools and organisations that require CPD.

To capture data and convert Prospero Learning learners into candidates with Prospero Teaching.

We work with marketing to advertise courses and to promote Prospero Teaching job vacancies.

The Prospero Learning director will be responsible for reviewing and adding to the existing course catalogue in line with sector updates and changes.

Our courses are accredited with CPD UK, the director will need to ensure that all courses are accredited and manage credits.
They will also need to ensure that reporting is taking place, covering all the aims of the platform.
