We are currently working with one of the UKs leading fit - out contractors who are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to help the team push on their commercial fit - out schemes with the project values being around 2,500,00.
The business have a potential option to join on a permanent basis within 6 - 12 months. It is a great time to join a company that are getting bigger and bigger by the year with an ambitious but achievable target to triple their turnover within the next 4 years.
Roles & Responsibilities are below
- Overseeing sub - contractors
- Responsible for procurment of the scheme
- Working on multiple projects within Central London at once
- SMSTS
- Reporting into a Construction Director
- Liasing with a design team
- Appointing sub - contractors
- Working alongside a Mechanical PM
