Fit Out UK is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to manage electrical installations on retail fit-out projects. This is a great opportunity to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality retail construction projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical fit-out projects from start to finish.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor budgets, project timelines, and risk factors.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in retail construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, regulations, and health & safety.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, SMSTS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel - This role doesn't need to be based in London, but South of Birmingham as a base would be beneficial to minimise travel.
