Electrical Project Manager

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical installations and services for residential projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential electrical projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure all electrical work meets safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Supervise and mentor electrical teams, ensuring they perform tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare project documentation including budgets, timelines, and status reports.
• Perform site inspections and quality control checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues.
• Ensure projects adhere to deadlines and cost constraints.

Requirements:

• Valid ECS Card
• SMSTS
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, with a focus on residential projects.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple contractors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle competing priorities.
