We arecurrently working with a growing yet well established electrical contractor with a turnover of c. 30 million who are looking to engage with an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a large scale development in Hackney. They have a strong presence in the commercial, healthcare and high end residential sectors and are experiencing a period of growth.
The project is the full redevelopment of a leisure centre into a large scale residential development comprising of 371 units with a total project value of c. 150m. You will be the lead Electrical Project Manager overseeing the full delivery of 13m of electrical services, the project is expected to run for at least 2 years and the company in question have a lot of upcoming work.
This is an opportunity to get a foot in the door with a growing contractor who are taking on heavy hitters at a senior level.
