My client is a medium sized M&E contractor that has been operating for 40 years. They are often considered to have one the best MEP products in London. Typically, they will undertake heavy engineering project in sectors such as Commercial Offices, Healthcare and Education. Currently the business turns over circa 50m. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business expects 2025 to be a period of sustained growth. Following the recent appointment on two highlight projects, they are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Project Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handover meeting with QS/Estimator
- Technical Submittals
- Procurement
- Sub-contractor and Labour Management
- Cost Control
- Progress Reporting
- Health & Safety
- Project & Program Implementation
- Understanding of design and drawings
- Technical & Progress Meetings
- Regular Site Inspection and Snagging
- Compilation of O&M Manuals
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working within the Labs, Health or Office Sector
- Experience in a project management role
- Have relationships with relevant supply chain including subcontractors and suppliers.
