Electrical Project Manager - Canary Wharf
Salary: 65,000 - 70,000
We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a well-established M&E contractor with a strong reputation in the commercial and data centre sectors. The company has a turnover of around 80 million and is known for its commitment to supporting and developing its staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account management, working closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Managing the delivery of electrical services for commercial and data centre projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and quality control.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and industry standards.
- Leading site teams, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and solving any issues that arise during project execution.
- Providing technical support and expertise as required.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing electrical projects, particularly within commercial and data centre environments.
- SMSTS
- Experience within CAT A/B fit outs
- Strong background in account management, with a focus on critical services.
- Previous experience in producing and managing programmes.
- Previous experience in surveying andpricing projects.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
- Have previously delivered electrical fit-out and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
