Position: Fabric Engineer
Location: London and West End
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £30,000 to £33,000 and the cost of a zones 1-3 travel card
We are looking for an experienced Fabric Technician for a full time, permanent position in London
This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial sites within central London which will include; plumbing, carpentry, patch plastering, painting & decorating, water flushing etc.
This person will be carrying their own tools and using public transport to travel from site to site.
The right person for this position will already have experience as a commercial fabric engineer. They need to have a flexible working attitude and be very customer service focused. We would prefer this person to be holding a level 2 qualification.
Requirements
- Strong working background as a Fabric Engineer
- Happy to commute into central London
- Holding a level 2 qualification would be preferred
- Experience doing legionella testing would be an advantage
- Additional experience such as ahu and fan coil maintenance would be a major advantage
