Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer for a FM Services and Engineering company.

The primary purpose of the role is to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of Fabric and limited Engineering Assets, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications and company’s processes and procedures. Some of other duties include;

  • Legionella control and monitoring activities.

  • Inspect/repair floor, walls, ceilings and roofs

  • Inspect /repair free standing and fitted furniture

  • Inspect/clear drainage and gully systems

  • Inspect/replace luminaries

  • Inspect/repair doors (Inc. Fire Doors), windows and associated furniture

  • Unblock toilets and sinks

  • Painting, re-decorating and hanging of pictures/signed/notices

  • Assist engineering staff in a wide range of duties as required

  • General site services; to include, sweeping and tidying

  • Carry out Ad-Hoc activities supporting company’s and Client team including Moves/Changes Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are compliance

  • Previous experience in the same role
