Location: Wimbledon Magistrates' Court The Court House, Alexandra Rd London SW19 7JP
Length: 3 months initial contract to extend
Work hours: Mon- Fri, 09.00 - 17.00
Pay Rate: £22/hour PAYE
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer for a FM Services and Engineering company.
The primary purpose of the role is to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of Fabric and limited Engineering Assets, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications and company’s processes and procedures. Some of other duties include;

Legionella control and monitoring activities.

Inspect/repair floor, walls, ceilings and roofs

Inspect /repair free standing and fitted furniture

Inspect/clear drainage and gully systems

Inspect/replace luminaries

Inspect/repair doors (Inc. Fire Doors), windows and associated furniture

Unblock toilets and sinks
-
Painting, re-decorating and hanging of pictures/signed/notices

Assist engineering staff in a wide range of duties as required

General site services; to include, sweeping and tidying

Carry out Ad-Hoc activities supporting company’s and Client team including Moves/Changes Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are compliance
