Bennett and Game are representing a multi-disciplinary Top 150 Consultancy based in central London who are looking for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join their growing team. With nearly 100 years of experience and multiple offices across the UK, our client has gained an excellent reputation within the industry. The Graduate will be exposed to a range of projects, so this is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to quickily develop within a consultancy environment. They are offering a starting salary of up to £32,000 in addition to a range of benefits including hybrid working, bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare, paid training / progression plans and professional fees.

Graduate Structural Engineer Job Overview
  • Develop engineering designs from initial concept through to detailed design, tendering, and contracting, while supervising on-site work to ensure project completion in line with design briefs and deadlines.
  • Create practical design solutions by translating architectural concepts into functional and cost-effective designs.
  • Conduct structural surveys and produce corresponding reports.
  • Maintain close communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure project contributions are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while staying mindful of financial targets.
Graduate Structural Engineer Job Requirements
  • Degree / Masters in Structural Engineering or similar.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Graduate Structural Engineer Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £30,000 to £32,000
  • Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri
  • Holiday: 25 days per annum, plus bank holidays and additional days accrued with service.
