Key Responsibilities
路Develop and implement forward-thinking housing strategies to meet current and future needs
路Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to inform policy decisions
路Collaborate with government bodies, local authorities, and housing providers
路Lead multi-agency working groups to deliver strategic housing objectives
路Provide expert advice on housing-related issues and prepare reports for senior stakeholders
路Engage with communities and stakeholders to ensure policies reflect real needs
路Support housing development projects and regeneration programmes

About You
路You have a deep understanding of housing policy, strategy, and relevant legislation
路You're experienced in leading complex policy-driven projects within the housing sector
路You possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret housing data and trends
路You're a confident communicator, skilled at influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders
路You have a proactive and strategic mindset, able to drive projects forward independently
路You have experience working with housing associations, government bodies, and local authorities
