About the Role:

The right candidate will be able to hit the ground running, leading the technical delivery of their projects while receiving support from the Director in managing the wider project and client relationship. The role will involve working across a range of sectors such as commercial, residential, education, healthcare, labs & sciences, and heritage & culture, delivering:

  • Thermal Simulations using IES-VE
  • Part L Assessments (TM54)
  • Part O and Overheating Analysis (TM52 & TM59)
  • Heating & Cooling Load Calculations
  • Thermal Comfort Studies
  • EPCs, SAP & SBEM Assessments

This role will directly influence sustainability outcomes on significant projects while ensuring client satisfaction through technical excellence.

About You:

  • Proven experience in Building Physics and Energy Modelling
  • Strong proficiency in IES-VE and related assessments (TM52, TM54, TM59)
  • Ability to deliver projects across diverse sectors, from residential to healthcare
  • A passion for sustainability and energy-efficient design
  • Ready to take on a leadership role in the technical delivery of projects
