Junior Quantity Surveyor - Full Job Description

TRIbuild Solutions is looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading residential contractor renowned for delivering bespoke, high-end properties across London.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Eager to develop skills in measurement, costing, and material procurement.
  • Ready to gain practical, hands-on experience working alongside seasoned Quantity Surveyors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and quantify materials required for construction projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed bills of quantities for tenders.
  • Participate in the procurement process, including tender documentation and evaluation.
  • Communicate with contractors and suppliers to secure competitive quotes.
  • Contribute to cost estimation and budget preparation.
  • Support the assessment and valuation of project variations and claims.
  • Help prepare monthly cost and progress reports.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure accountability for all materials and services.
