Junior Quantity Surveyor - Full Job Description
TRIbuild Solutions is looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading residential contractor renowned for delivering bespoke, high-end properties across London.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Eager to develop skills in measurement, costing, and material procurement.
- Ready to gain practical, hands-on experience working alongside seasoned Quantity Surveyors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and quantify materials required for construction projects.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed bills of quantities for tenders.
- Participate in the procurement process, including tender documentation and evaluation.
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to secure competitive quotes.
- Contribute to cost estimation and budget preparation.
- Support the assessment and valuation of project variations and claims.
- Help prepare monthly cost and progress reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure accountability for all materials and services.
