Salary:

  • Birmingham Package: £41,745 - £52,152.50 (including flex fund)
    London Package: £45,137.50 - £56,465 (including flex fund)

Location: Birmingham or London (2 days in the office per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a Learning Legacy Programme for one of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects. You’ll oversee initiatives to capture, validate, and share technical lessons, best practices, and innovations with the wider industry through platforms like a dedicated website, events, and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Experience in knowledge management, project evaluation, or continuous improvement.
  • Ability to review and validate technical content with strong attention to detail.
  • Degree-level education and familiarity with platforms like SharePoint.
  • Preferred sector experience in construction, engineering, health and safety, environment, transport, or infrastructure.
  • Experience sharing technical knowledge through events or publications.
  • Interest in infrastructure and its role in shaping the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Knowledge: Review and assure technical content, and collaborate with panels to validate learning.
  • Disseminate Insights: Publish approved materials, organise events like podcasts and webinars, and partner with leading industry bodies.
  • Promote Learning: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure content is engaging and impactful.
  • Collaborate: Work with stakeholders, contractors, and media teams to deliver and share high-quality knowledge outputs.
