Mechanical and ElectricalProject Manager (M&E) needed on a permanent basis in St Johns Wood, London, close to City of London, Camden Town, Kensington, Hammersmith, Hackney, Tower Bridge and Brixton

Duties

• Develop project plans, budgets and schedules in collaboration with the project team.
• Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure workmanship and install meet the clients expectations.
• Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Mechanical installation and give technical assistance to electricians on site should they need it.

The successful Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Project Manager will have the following

• Extensive experience as an M&E project manager
• Electrical Qualifications
• Mechanical Qualifications
• To be based on site while projects are in process.
• Commutable distance from London

Salary- 65-70K

Start date- February 2025

Length- PERM
