As a Mechanical Project Manager, you'll take charge of MEP elements from procurement and design through to commissioning and handover. You'll be involved from the preconstruction stage, ensuring smooth project execution. To excel in this role, you'll need a minimum of 5 years' experience leading similar projects.

Your Responsibilities:
- Attend progress meetings, identify potential issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and meeting their needs.
- Assist in selecting subcontractors, reviewing designs, and evaluating project costs.
- Oversee MEP coordination, ensuring seamless integration with other contractors.
- Provide cost guidance and manage service connections throughout the project.
- Lead the commissioning process and liaise with building control for final approvals.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical project management, including design, commissioning, and delivery.
- Strong background in construction and residential projects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Proven track record of successfully managing MEP projects.
