Mechanical Project Manager
Based in Central London, the company are a leading and very successful M&E Building Services contractor providing a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services.They predominantly operate within the Commercial and Office Fit sectors, with typical project values ranging from 250k up to 5m, and as a result of continued growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Key andResponsibilitiesDuties:
- Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project
- Design review
- Procurement of plant, materials & labour
- Technical Submittals
- Overall Cost Management
- Managing the engineering input into the project strategy
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the projectlife-cycle
- Reporting into the Directors
Experience Required:
- You will needbe an experienced as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager, M&E Contracts Manager, MEP Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Mechanical commercial /office fit out projects
Remuneration Package:
72,000 to 75,000 according to experience, plus travel expenses and benefits.
