Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: 75,000 - 90,000 (including additional company benefits)
Location: Central London, England
Company Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading UK building services contractor known for delivering some of London's largest and most complex projects. Following substantial growth over the past five years, this contractor has established itself as one of London's most reputable, providing engineering-led installations for tier-one principal contractors across Zones 1-4.
Starting in January, my client will embark on a flagship, mixed-use, design-and-build project valued at 45 million M&E, in collaboration with a globally recognised principal contractor. They are actively seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the design, procurement, and execution of the mechanical packages for this major project in Central London.
Candidates should have a proven track record in delivering projects valued over 30 million MEP with an established London-based business. This project will include both shell-and-core and fit-out phases, so a Mechanical Project Manager from an engineering-led background would be ideally suited to this role.
In return, this opportunity offers a market-leading salary, along with the potential for progression to directorship for motivated individuals. Additionally, you'll have the unique experience of contributing to a landmark project in London and benefit from an unparalleled training and development program with a company dedicated to its employees' growth.
