Mechanical Project Manager - Building Services

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a long established and highly-respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor.

With their Head Offices based in the City of London, the company are leading M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning.

The company work across multiple sectorsincluding commercial, office fit out, banks, retail and leisure, with typical project values ranging from £500k upto £5m, and as a result of continued growth they are looking to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage projects assigned to you, ensuring that they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Manage the procurement of projects
  • Technical submissions/approvals of plant/equipment
  • Assist in the production of risk and method statements
  • Financial management of the project and working to budgets set
  • Management of the site team
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the projectlife-cycle

Mechanical Project Manager - Required Experience and Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Mechanical Building Services Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager or M&E Project Manager
  • Experience in delivering mechanical building services projects ranging from £500,000 up to £5,000,000
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary and Benefits Package for the position of Mechanical Project Manager include:
