Mechanical Project Manager Opportunity - Growing M&E Contractor - Commercial Fit Out

MK Search are working closely with a growing but well established M&E Contractor who due to recent project wins and continued growth, are looking to engage with an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a flagship commercial fit out project in Mayfair.

The company in question have experienced successful senior leadership changes over the past 5 years, this has boosted their reputation in the commercial fit out and high end residential market and they are continuously winning work.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage projects assigned to you, ensuring that they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Manage the procurement of projects
• Technical submissions/approvals of plant/equipment
• Assist in the production of risk and method statements
• Financial management of the project and working to budgets set
• Management of the site team
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle
