Mechanical Building Services Project Manager - Residential sector
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Project Manager to join a very successful and highly-respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor based in Central London.
The company are a leading M&E Building Services contractor operating in the commercial and residential sectors providing a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning, and as a result of continued growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who possesses extensive experience within the new build residential sector.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Mechanical Director, you will lead and manage mechanical services projects within the residential sector, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, sub-contractors/suppliers, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress against these benchmarks.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project duration.
Mechanical Project Manager - Desirable Experience, Key Skills and Qualifications:
- You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Building Services Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager or M&E/MEP Project Manager operating in the building services sector
- Experience in successfully delivering mechanical building services projects within the residential sector from inception through to completion
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary and Benefits Package for the position of Mechanical Project Manager include:
- Base salary:75,000 - 90,000 depending on experience
