Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: 85,000 - 95,000 annual salary plus full expenses travel to site
Location: Within walking distance of Cannon Street Station
Company Description
A UK leading MEP Building Services Contractor have recently been awarded a flagship state of the art commercial office scheme in the heart of the City of London with a tier one principle contractor for the CAT A & B fit out of a 10 storey building which has been valued with the mechanical & electrical installations being valued at 15 million. With the project being in the pre-construction stage currently, this project is set to commence within the coming two months.

What we're looking for:
- In a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer role with example of successful project deliver upwards of 20 million M&E or successful Mechanical Project Management with projects valued upwards of 10 million M&E.
- Commerical fit out experience from inception till completion.
- Coming from a Project Engineering background.
- Previous experience managing projects upwards of 7.5 million M&E.
- Within a journey time of 1 hour 30 minutes to Central London.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Effectively maintain client relationships to secure repeat work.
- Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction phase through to successful project handover.
- Managing on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high standards of mechanical installation.
- Effectively maintain client relationships to secure repeat work.
- Lead regular progress meetings, and act as the main point of contact for mechanical concerns or design changes.
- Overseeing procurement of mechanical materials and equipment, ensuring that all purchases align with project budgets and timelines.
- Corresponding with the Site team, to monitor installations to ensure they meet regulatory standards, high-quality expectations, and project specifications.
- Upholding health and safety standards on-site and ensuring all works adhere to relevant legislation and building codes.
- Providing regular reports to senior management and clients, detailing project progress, forecasts, and any necessary adjustments.
