About the role of Mechanical Project Manager
As a Mechanical Project Manager you will have the chance to work with a leading MEP sub-contractor on a large scale project in Central London. In this position you will oversee, manage, and coordinate the controlled and successful delivery of a large scale project.
Responsibilities for Mechanical Project Manager
- Measuring progress and resources required to meet project expectations.
- Organising labour.
- Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project assigned to you.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle.
- Procurement of plant, materials & labour
Requirements for Mechanical Project Manager
- Mechanical Building Services experience operating as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering Mechanical projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Exceptional mechanical installation knowledge.
- Experience of managing gross and net profit on projects.
